Nero for instance (the full version, not the OEM crap) will allow you to select individual burners, or burn multiple copies to each burner such as iso1->cdrw1 iso2->cdrw2 or iso->cdrw1+cdrw2 you might need a "professional" license but these can be acquired easily enough
