buying oil online,

im looking for any imput for bying oil online as above,
im looking for the 75w90 synthetic..

is there a much difference/much point with synthetic/semi sythetic oil?
price to spend for a gallon?
local d+a factors is like 23quid but dunno what kind that will be or if it be any use?
like anything,i would rather find decent online rather that any shte locally for more expence.
