As above need quick opinion poll on this... car is mainly used on road with the odd track day now and again.....
been told AP are good for both but fk go lower.... theres only like 15Quid in the price of the sets so not fussed about that...
HELP ME PLEASE.......

If you do trackdays, i'd go for the FKs as the APs are too soft for track imo.

I would go FK due to the fact that I've used them before and they were spot on.

Mine were Konigsports though.
