Buzz at 7k rpm

Hi,

My 182 has always made a buzz sound from around the dashboard when at around 7k rpm.

Is this normal or has anyone else had it? If not, any ideas where to start looking?

Yeah its normal you will usually get another couple with age around 3k and 5k. Its the harmonic vibrations the engine puts out.

take the dash apart and tighten/secure everything in that area.

Its the valves dancing on the bonnet
