Buzzing noise when ignition turned on

Hello people I have an annoying buzzing noise coming from the climate control fan on the roof where the interior light is. I want to take the fan out to give it a strip down and clean.

I have taken out the interior light part and disconnected it but I cant get the whole surrounding off to access the fan.

Does anyone know how i can get the whole surrounding off to get to the fan?

problem solved! well its not solved coz it still buzzes but managed to get to the fan and clean it.

the least pikiest way I found to stop the droning was to fit 3M double sided foam between the roof and the plastic (the bit screwed to the roof not the trim its mounted in) where it makes contact, then screw it back up but not mega tight.
