I think I may switch on the Crossfire again for my two X1800XTs. I have turn it off while working so I can use two monitors.

My old man is obsessed with the game so is ordering a new PC now to make sure he can run it.

Cheers Ben. My current one is over 50% done now, so I might as well leave it going for now.

No idea when the 360 one is out I'm afraid. If the controls aren't too bad I might get it for the 360, although I can't imagine playing it without a mouse.

LOTR seemed to work fairly well tbh, not as good as a mouse, but i would sacrifice that for better graphics on my 360 and smoother gameplay as my laptop hasnt got a great graph card.

I can run Age of empires 3 fine on full so i assume it would work, jus graphs wont be great.

It's coming down a 16mb leased line. I really think we need up it though. Making me wait 10 minutes isn't acceptable. Of course Vista working out the size of the file when I copy it will probably take longer!! What the hell is it with Vista when copying files over a LAN?

Just done the into level to get used to it again. The FMV is beautifully produced as always. Every single female actor used us fit as ...., Michael Ironside hams it up perfectly.

It plays just the same as it always has done, very nicely. Graphically it's fine, I didn't even bother enabling my second my graphics card and it ran smoothly.

i jus tried it, but run out of disk space, wierd my laptop is split into 2 HD's.
C drive is what everything goes into and runs auto from.

and a D drive that i dont know wats for, i can install games onto that one but have to click a link for them to run, they wont auto run from it. need to use it tbh cos my C drive is almost full and the D is empty.

any ideas lol or have you no idea what i am talking about.

your D Drive is prob a rescue partition, alot of laptop manufacturers set them up like it... my sharp laptop has 10gig just for the rescue partition, just use partition magic to get rid, then increase your C drive to full
