Nothing as of yet.. Although a few emails have been sent between myself and Swiss and we are in the process of getting something sorted as they have never seen that issue with that type of wax and even though I'd left it in the fridge over night it was still to soft ..

Plus side so far is I have been offered to take the car there for a clean
