Calling all rally sl*gs

I cant decide whether to get to white or blue mud flaps for my cup.

Has anyone got any piccies of there motors with either of the above colours (or any others tbh) they can post to help me with my decision?

Whats the best way to fit them? Self tappers in to the arch liner im guessing?

Oh and I dont give a toss if other people dont like the look of them so dont waste your time telling me NOOOOO!;)

They do carbon ones @ demon tweeks now that would look gay!

I suppose colour is a waste of time really, im a assistant site manager so theyre gonna be brown after a day at work!

I was moving towards the white option but ive never seen a cup with any other colour than blue or red (all the more reason to go for white!). But I would like some idea b4 I blow a whopping £13!

I foolishly got mud flaps fitted to my old saxo while it was getting it serviced, go on have a guess how much!!?

Go for the thicker black ones from demon tweeks. Their more expensive but atleast they will suit the car better! I bought four rolls for the scoob and used the STi one as a template! They looked identical but only cost me £52 inc Vat and the STi ones from japan were £249 + Vat for TWO!!! Not including fitting. I recon that they are the most expensive flaps in the world!!!

Cheers

I got mine from Plastics 4 performance. They come as blanks, so do require some fettling to fit though. IIRC they were about £45 for 3-4mm thick, road ones.

Shame theyre not on proper rally bred sl*gs eh?;)

Maybe so, but beats having sh!te/tar/stone chips up the side of the car. I only did fronts in black. Hardly noticeable to be honest.

Now go and clean your car!;)

Went for the white f**kers in the end.

and a set of PIAA wipers

and some 100w full beam bulbs

its gone from a £20 set of mudflaps to £100 worth non essential stuff! Bugger!
