Cam cover breather, which one to get?

Just received a ph1 172 head and it didn't come with the breather cover/plate. Once the head has been fettled with, it shall be having itb's fitted. So which breather plate can I use 172ph1 ,ph2 or 182 ?

I think you'll need a 182 plate, as the 172s have the hole in that breathes into the inlet plenum?
