cam cover gasket

Hi all, Bassicly I have had oil in my spark plug wells and it seems to be filling up slowly,

Ive been told by a clio enthusiast on another forum it will be the cam cover gasket but I dont really have an idea of what they are or how easy to fit they are so my first question is

a. where can i get one from and roughly what do they cost
b. how easy are they to fit yourself?
