cam pulley holding tool + belt part no. question

does anybody have/know where to get the locking tool to hold the pulleys while cracking off the pulley bolts.
ive done a couple of f4r's in the past and i've just gunned the bolts off but seen as i've been doing a few more recently i'd like the proper tool.


also, just to make my life a tad easier..

how many choices/what are the differences between the cambelt kits across the range

as i dont have an engine code for my engine i've searched the entire thing and no f4r730 code as renault tell me i need.

about the only distinquishing feature i can say is it has the "rs" lower manifold on it

no they are the setting tools, i want the tool to hold the pulleys whilst cracking the bolts off

i got mine from ren, so i've not looked anywhere else.

theres no other easy way of holding it though really that i can come up with

its just occured to me i only need to undo the exhaust pulley on belt changes and that can be done using a normal pulley holding tool

may still buy the tools just incase of a head off job

Its not expensive.

To tension the belt properly you will need to undo both pulleys to rotate the cambelt whilst the engine is locked.
