The specialists are cheaper than £800 (iirc, pretty damn sure they are) and I'd say less likely to **** it up. Just because its Renault doesn't mean they know what they're doing!

Both belts are around £650 at Two Techs in Dartford. Very highly recommended...had mine done there back in September. Two ex Renault technicians, and they do a drop off and collect service for Bluewater whilst you wait.

Renault are doing both belts.core plugs now with 25% off so it is now going to cost £588 which I think is ok as the garage is at the end of my road

do the dephaser too and make sure its having a full aux kit not just a belt

I wouldn't trust Renault to make me a cup of tea without f*cking it up,
hopefully you've got a decent dealership near you and all will be fine,
the ones i've delt with couldn't find there own arsehole with a map.
