Cambelt Change Wirral/Liverpool

Hi all,
I am new to the renaultsport world, I have bought a 2005 clio 182. It has no proof of ever having the cambelt changed so wanting to change it for piece of mind! My local garage though don't have a special tool and apparently its a b**ch of a job?
Does anyone know anywhere that will change the cambelt on wirral/liverpool and at a reasonable price?

+1 for birch down mate, I'm from the Wirral myself it's only around 30mins drive well worth it
