when is the best time to do it to a 53 plate 172 cup 39k? been told all sorts by different people would like a bit clarification thanks

rubber has a "self life" just put a rubber band out side ih the sun for a few weeks and it will become brittle and snap in no time. same as car belts degrade

the tensioners are crap...so get the whole lot changed at 4 years...

i think the rubber on the belts is a special rubber unlike the rubber band
