cambelt?

im getting the cambelt changed on my w reg 1.2 grande next week and i have been told to put tippex on the old cambelt so when i get it back i can prove if theyve replaced it


the only problem is i dont know where that cambelt is?

i can see the fanbelt nr the drivers headlight but below that there another attached onto it and im abit unsure to what does what etc etc

Just ask who ever is changing it to put the old parts into a plastic bag in the boot.

Cambelt is one connected to the left of the engine as you look at it i think, easy to reach down to it to tipex it if you feel the need

you wont be able to get to the cambelt without removing covers. Just go somewhere you trust, or where you can wait around while they do it
