Camber Adjusting

Car  Sunflower 172 :)
Well its as above really, i have bought a set of weitec coilovers and these come with camber adjusting bolts built into the bottom of the legs but i am stuck as to how to set these up :S . Can any1 help me Please???
 
Get them Fitted and then take the Car to somewhere like Mark Fish to get them Setup for Height, Rebound and Camber
