Yes, the strut brace is tied in to the main body of the top mounts, but the actual strut itself that you adjust using the camber bolts is fixed to the centre of the top mount where it uses a spherical bearing, these are more than capable of taking adjustments in angle to suit the minimal movements you will make at the bottom of the strut.
