camber bolts

Fitting my coilovers today,I have some eibach adjustable camber bolts,do these go in the top or bottom hole of the strut,also how much camber do I want,they are h&r's coilovers thanks.

Having a couple of problems with the rear,how do the adjusters sit for the rear springs sit ,is it just with the thread going through the hole(moves about in the hole),or does it clamp either side with the two nuts,if it does this can't seem to get the bottom nut through the the hole,prob would if I hit it but don't want to mess the thread up. Help

Just need to adjust the ride height,cool
