I'm having a set of bilstien B14's put on my 182 this weekend i'm just wondering how much camber i should be running?

  182/RS2/ Turbo/Mk1
Depends what tyre choice, what you use it for, and how you drive.
2-2.5 is a reasonable starting point generally speaking though.
