Hi, I've just bought a 400D SLR Which will be used for Static shots, But I'm going to New York in April, And My old man wants to go the full on tourist route and buy a Handicam/camcorder, To video things that you cant capture in a still, For Example, Just videoing people walking up Times Square, And panning upwards on the sky scrapers.
Doesnt need to be able to do stills at all, So dont want to spend too much on the camcorder/memory card, Or if possible a HDD.
Had a look in Jessops earlier, But that was full of School people who were just sales assisstants, Didnt know nothing about cameras at all.
£150 is the budget I suppose.
