Camper van scratch - advice appreciated

CS my Dad scratched his camper and is wondering how he might be able to deal with it himself. Would appreciate your opinions on if it can be tackled by a novice or if it's better to take it somewhere?

If you can feel the scratch when you run you finger nail across it you won't be able to get that out 100%.

You might be able to reduce it though.

Have you got a DA polishing machine?

Thanks for your response by the way Ron.

He's got T-cut metallic colour restorer and Auto Glym Super Resin Polish for metallics already in the garage and wondered if either of these would help?

Also reports that the scratch can be felt very very slightly. @Sunglasses_Ron

As above, give t cut a try and if it's still really visible ask on here if there's someone local would help and attack it with a DA. I'm sure someone will help.
