Cams Anyone?

hi guys, anyone put a set of cams in thier engine??

what's the difference in power and torque etc etc??
i'm considering it to my clio so i'd like some help

i've read most choose to go here for some good advice and good cam+map setup

Car needs exhaust already done, airintake a bit better and after the cams a good map to suit

The 55002428 camshafts are suitable for use with the standard ECU and are the most aggresive camshafts you will be able to use and still keep the car driveable on the road. More agressive ones will give Idling problems..

ah kl well i wasn planning on getting the car mapped so it could take more aggressive cams. however if that's my only option i'll go with that.

what sort of gains should i expect??

i have mine cammed with cat cams 428s and mapped, the power comes in at top end from 4000rpm up. mine is running around 193bhp now and is very noticable when compared to a standard 1*2. well worth it mate you will not regret it.

its the k-tec group n map, im thinking though about going down the omex route though, alot of money i know but just a thought at the min. i like the thought of going back to throttle cable.
