Cams for Clio 172

Hello.
I want to optimize the power in my Clio 172 a litte bit.
I am looking for some good camshafts.
Can you recommend someone?
What else do i need to reach about 200 bhp?

cat cams, decat, highflow filter and a remap will get you to around the 195-200bhp mark. try k-tec racing or G.D.I

not really needed this early on. Measured 85% duty (on 2 load points that were almost un used) at 210bhp on the rollers at Omex which are quite pesimistic

Denmark ? Cat cams (Belgium) or Schrick !! (germany)

schrick being the more expensive ones but very good rep. Almost 900 euros for a set,
Cat for around 700 i think

To get to 200 bhp they arnt needed. Anything much over it and its one for the mapping guy to decide lol

Could you give me any information about duration, lift etc.?
