Cams

I was wondering if its possible to get some 263 degree cams re-profiled to 277 degrees and also how much it would rought cost to do. Also whats the most you can re-profile them by?? Can anyone help??

you might be able to, but it'll make for a horrible cam.

When they 'regrind' a cam they reduce the BCD and according flanks/ramps. This leads to pretty darn crap hydrodynamic wedge formations, high valve acceleration and velocity rates for the given off seat time. You'll probably need more seat and noise pressure.

Overall, reginding is a cheap and nasty thing.
