Depends on which ones you go for and what elso you have in the pipeline TBH.
Yes they are worth it in a Top end ITB build but not worth it if you wanting to go the turbo/supercharged route eventually.
Also becareful which you choose because some of the more aggresive ones require a aftermarket ECU such as the ECU1 or Gen 90 or Omex. To run them correctly.
