Can a New Style Renault Badge Cover Holes?

My badge snapped, and so im going to get a new one. I like the new look font, and wonder if it will cover the holes left by the old badge. Has Anyone done this, or thinks it will work?

on PH1 the RENAULT badge has holes iirc. PH2 is fine.

not all of them... both of my Ph1s had sticky letters for Renault and holes for Clio

Yeah all the Clio badges have holes, they're quite hard to cover up actaully
