can anyone help me with a VIN?

i'm looking into replacing my clio that got written off in january and am doing a HPI check online but dont have the VIN and cant get hold of the seller. anyone know how i can get it online or will i have to wait until i can get in contact with the seller again?

Have you tried Renault, surely they could pull up the registerd VIN via the Reg number

Register it on the Myrenualt bit of Renaults website, will then give you the VIN number.

What car is it then? if you provide the details to the manufacturer then they can pull out the details,

its a toyota corolla. would the dealership give me the VIN from the reg then?

Ye they could, but might ask for proof of V5 or something,

You could always do a HPI check on the car, that will tell the Vin number

ive paid for the hpi but it says its not complete without me putting in the VIN but i don't have it

How about looking on an MOT document... surely you have got the most resent 1, I'm sure that has the VIN on it!
