Can Anyone help me

Right, i got me car back last night from being in the garage for 2 weeks. Its had a new head gasket with the head skimmed and polished, a clutch and a full service. Heres whats wrong! I drove it down the road and suddenly my completely standard engined valver sounds like it got an Induction Kit! I checked the airbox and its fully secured and it is but im losin power and it doesnt pick up very well at 4k! The garage just seems to think its norm! Any ideas anyone of whats wrong or what i can do? does a head gasket have to be worn in?



Oh yeah and the car hasnt been driven much for a week.

Ive got it booked back into the garage now for tomorrow. She deffo needs summit done to get her power up.

Didnt you post that earlier m8? Honestly, if theyve just bolted the head back on, itll need to be run in a little. Theyll probably ask you to take it back in and retighten it once more after a few hundred miles or so then it should be fine....
