I appreciate this answer is a bit useless at first, but that's only because you haven't given enough info (e.g. headunit model number/manufacturer spec page)

If the headunit is "steering control compatible" then yes the steering controls will work if you purchase the renault > kenwood cable (comes in two parts, about £25 from MT_audio & the like) If I've interpretted the picture of the loom correctly then you may be able to plug the steering controls in without plugging the clock/temperature screen (used for satnav IIRC) in thus retaining sat nav? Who knows, maybe Renault have covered that and there is a button to switch between sat nav/normal function.

Likewise the 6 disc changer may work if your headunit is "cd changer" compatible and if a cable exists to go from renault > kenwood.

Basically you need the right cables and a decent-spec headunit.

Stalk can definately be done, I know for a fact the cable exists. However whilst the loom/cables may be available some of the cheaper HUs do not support stalk control (I.e may not have anywhere to plug said cable into)

A Renault > kenwood cd changer cable may exist. I have seen them for Ford etc. But again cheaper HU don't support CD changers simply through a lack of hardware/inputs/software.

Hope you like the HU!
