Hi can anyone help with where you get these inlets to replace fog lights? And what they are called

They called brake ducts..
Search something like "clio 172 brake ducts" in ebay and you should fine some for sale.
If you having problem with finding them pm me and ill try to help you.

They're bass ports. Not sure on size, might be 100mm? If you do a search on here, you should be able to find the size.
