Can anyone help

Hi I’ve got a 2003 Clio mk2 and the person before me cut all the stereo wires and bodged it back together I’ve done the wiring properly but I now have a problem the stereo isn’t getting any power I know it’s not the stereo as I tried 2 different ones and I’ve also changed the stereo fuse in the dashboard also my interior light isn’t working and I also don’t think the fag lighter is either can anyone help?

Check all your fuses are ok again . I mean with a test lamp so you can see the power is flowing through the fuse .

I know the 12v wire has constant power and the earth is good it’s just the ignition wire that’s not working is there a separate fuse also which one would it be

Red is 12v perm
Yellow is 12v switch
