Can anyone tell me what the RS Tuner is im hearing about?

Nope you can apply a new map to your car with the RSTuner. Just remapped my 172 Cup with the 98Ron map from Fastchip and its a very worth while mod! I have the module for sale now as its no longer needed, it cant apply the pops and bangs map as its the old version of the module but its yours for £80 delivered if you want? Also, there is a very good guide on here that you can see if you pay your £12 membership

Pops and bangs map? is it easy enough to install? ill join when i get my debit card off the misses.. same as when i think of a good enough excuse to be able to buy the chip:S

Well fastchip sell the maps and the RSTuner modules, its pretty straight forward to apply to the car if you have a laptop but definitely worth following the guide on here. The pops and bangs map is the overrun map that fastchip can supply, basically it over fuels the engine to make it pop and bang, you can also get it to spit flames if you decat your exhaust but like i said the RSTuner i have for sale cannot apply the overrun map. There is no 'chip' to buy lke some other cars, its simply a different map you upload to your ecu.
