Can Clip help

Hi all,

I've acquired a CAN clip. Not sure on model but type says 21820869-9. I have got a hold of an old laptop with XP installed.

I was given 1 CD to go with it but by the looks of, once mounted, the ISO has a CONFIG folder and a REPROG folder. No executable files anywhere to be seen. It looks like V135 on the CD Iso.

Can I download a newer version of the software and use that?

Any help what to do?

OK, managed to download Can Clip 183 on my Windows 10 laptop.

Open up the software it says no wireless devices detectted.

Only ISO lights on Clip when connected via OBD2. CAN lights are both out.

Device manager shows an ! next to the '1B-Alliance Vehicule Communication Interface'.

Please help!
