can it be injectors

while driving esspecially on low revs the car shakes a little. after 2500 rpm its ok. yesterday i add injector cleaner to the tank. the problem decreases. also it lumps a little on idle
the plugs are new (200 miles) coil pack has no problems, idle speed controller has no problems.
is that from injectors and what can i do for this?
my friend says clean the injectors and change the filters inside the injectors. is there any filters inside the injectors?
