I found these on ebay, and its a really good deal, 250 for 4 17 turinis, but this is the problem,

can it be fixed so it is roadworthy again?

nah wouldnt bother unless you can find a 4th wheel cheap, will be a few knocking around . that lip could be repaired but would not be worth it cost wise and the whole wheel could be buckled from the impact anyway

That will 100% be buckled and not worth repairing. I took a far smaller chuck out of a superturismo and that wrote it off.
