He says FRSH - it should have had it's aux belt done, that would need to be asked.

what i was thinking but it looks really mint condition could do with a hpi check and likewise daniel i would care either at that price thinking about selling the 172 cup to get it lol love the colour

Iv emailed them asking if its HPI clear if its had all the belts changed has it the FRSH what condition the overall car is in and why he is selling it so cheap am really tempted to sell the cup to get it ummm

Something's slightly a miss, the stripes are not from the factory IMO. Theres none on the spoiler and they run all the way under the reg plate at the back..... which also isnt right so thats been fiddled with.

Leading me to think its been painted and re-stickered....

Unrecorded repair???? Save on NCB etc....

still cheap, might have been a prev insurance repair though, approved repairers are still donuts when it comes to applying stickers/badges.

The stripes came in various different guises, so not conclusive. Looks to good to be true, probably is, but worth a look. Far too cheap, you'd be surprised to find a 172 on those miles, in that condition at that price. Given the info in the ad, seller doesn't seem like a mug, so I'd bet it's dodgy in some way.

The stripes were optinal on some models and would be put on different at different dealerships i would quess yeah it does seem to good to be true it looks like a minter but he says he has all the reciepts and you can normally tell if its been in a smash by checking the door shuts stickers inside the doors check under neat the seals if they have been rejoined etc

Seems a great deal if straight.

If he wants to sell the car quickly, it's not too far underprice of most others are normally up for around £6k.
