Can you buy head-unit surrounds

Dont know what its called but its that black bit that fits around the edge of the face. My stereo has a black one and id love to get one the same greyish colour as the 172 interior.

Can I buy these?

I did think about spraying it but not sure of the colour, would love to get it that rubbery feel that the 172 has but mainly want it colour matched.

just spray it mate! halfords do them, but my clio (mk2 facelift)didnt need one. i dunno whether its the same

I think the trouble is not the need for a fascia(?) to allow a stereo to fit but that the surround of the unit itself is black and stands out a bit, would be great if it was the same grey as the 172 interior. See pic below (I want the black bit grey, this is not my head but it gives the idea)
