can you buy just a cv joint???

Need a cv joint and the tight wads at Renault will only sell it with a drive shaft attached!! Is there any place to buy a cv joint on its own??

I'm not sure. But I would only buy shafts from renault anyway!

Do you think it would be wise to do the drive shaft as well then? Renault want £200 for it.

No. I'm sure you can get them somewhere, if not, get a second hand shaft for sub £30

My local (General Traffic) could get them, along with a few others (CES, Andrew Page)...

Not sure who's local to you? I know 'Andrew Cooke' on here just bought one himself, its mentioned in his project thread
