Can you fit a 3 point harness to a harness bar

That's my question. I have a 3 point harness and harness bar on the cage. Can I only mount 4+ point harnesses to a bar or am I inventing a problem here.

I don't see why you can't use a 3 point, I found the diagrams down the page good for fixing the harness properly round the bar

I've not seen a 3 point on a harness bar either tbh, probably due to most events stipulating at least a 4 point though, still can't see a problem with you doing it!

It would just be a case of removing the buckle and wrapping it around the bar, unless where the two belts meet into the one is past the harness bar.

Yeah my thoughts were the same. Will have to check that tomorrow before I order the fittings.

Yeah you're right Sonny. I've got a four point for the driver but also bought a seat with a 3 point and don't have the money to change it at the moment.
