I bought an Alienware Aurora R3 some years ago and I have since sopped out most of the components. One thing I changed the motherboard as the Alienware one died. Its never really worked properly since due to the Alienware having sub boards to control the water cooler and lights etc.
Today I have ordered a new case and a new water-cooler that will just plug into the motherboard.
The spec of my current PC...
CPU: Intel i5 2400 (not a k version so its locked)
Mother board: Asus P8Z68-M pro
Ram: 16gig of corsair vengance ddr3
GPU: Ati HD 7950 3 gig
PSU: Alienware 850w
HDD: 2 x seagate 500gb set to raid 0
I can play most games on pretty high settings but I know its not the most up to date system. What if anything should I be looking to upgrade to get the most bang for my buck.
