Cancelling Xbox Live subscription

Can anyone shed some light on this?

I've been paying for months for a subscription I don't use but can't cancel it through the Internet as when the account was first set up I typed my email wrong.

Can it be cancelled on the Xbox if I hook it back up to the Internet and what menus do I need to go In to do so?

You'll need to ring Microsoft and go through the security process.
They'll be able to cancel it for you.

I got really annoyed when it auto-renewed for me as my Xbox broke ages ago. Waited on the phone for so long, I gave up an did a PayPal dispute. Full refund, but my accounts also now banned from live perminantly haha
