Canned car running lumpy

Possibly a stupid q. My 106 is running cams, with mapping to suit. I disconnected the battery to fit an aftermarket wheel today and seems to run rougher since I reconnected the battery. It won't have rest the ecu when I left the battery disconnected will it?

I shouldnt of thought so, my cam'ed saxo used to be fine after I disconnect the battery apart from the alarm wouldnt stop going off!

It shouldn't have affected the ECU Ed.
