Can't read a PDF file!

For some reason I can't read this PDF file (below) and I wonder if it's anything to do with having just had a new motherboard installed on the PC and having to reload all the old programmes from scratch (not yet finshed). Is there something I need to download in order to read this PDF file for example? It shows a blank white page!http://www.msttiming.com/bsb/2007/71804sbk.pdf

The PDF works fine for me, if your using Windows you'll need something like Adobe Acrobat Reader

Works for me too but I have adobe acrobat reader on my laptop
