I'm assuming you mean the little Torx head bolts? If so you could try hammering in a mildly oversized torx bit, so its a very snug fit (fkin tight) and try to undo it with a short sharp shock rather than gradual pressure. Obviously you will need a new bolt but they sound like they are knackered anyway.

drill out, not really needed anyway the wheel bolts hold them on, when you replace them dont put them in to tight and they wont be so hard to come out next time lol (you can get away with this because of the above reason)
