That is an online service one so no need to install anything. It captures video but just close your eyes and it's just audio :rasp:

capture the video , then rip the audio from it with winamp mp3 writer

get a program called audacity, that will record anything on your audio outputs, good program and will record to mp3 and other formats.

set it to record wave out.
