Car cover for winter. Which one if any ?

  PB Clio 172
Hi all I was after a car cover for the winter and all the cruddy rain atm

My RS is parked on private land and my car is not a daily

What are your thoughts on them ? and if you have one where did you get it? I don't want to pay lots for a simple cover cover so my budget is about £30

also is it even worth using one? I hear they can mark the paint over time is this true?

any help would be great thanks

I've just wrapped my cup up for winter, see my thead here: http://www.cliosport.net/forum/show...aned-and-covered-ready-for-winter-cup-content

The one i used is a small halfords advanced cover cost £60. I've used a £30 cheap one before and its just torn from the wind. I even looked into something a bit more bespoke from specialised covers, but couldnt warrent the £180 price tag.

I'm very happy with the halfords one tho, fits well and seems to be well lined and soft so won't cause any damage, plus the under car straps are heavy duty so you can really strap it up!
