Car in bits its getting dark! help please

Just changing my gearbox mount under battery and noticed the long bolt that goes into gearbox pulled straight out. Im thinking there should be a nut on the end of it underneath, where it goes through the box am i correct.

Theres 3 16mm bolts that bolts the mount to the gearbox which are screwed into the box casing. Is it one of these your talking about?
