Just dropped car off at garage having 40mm lower springs fitted. will i see a difference straight away? also will i require spacers or do u think it will look fine im runnin 17"s

You'll probably see a bit, but will drop more once they're settled. Fronts will drop on their own with the engine weight etc, backs might need some heavy mates or objects in the back to help it drop more from stuff I've read before. Spacers depend on your own wheels, don't know what they are so can't say.
