car won't rev past 4000 and coil light on?

My car all of a sudden won't rev past 4k and what i think is the coil light on the dash has come on.. Any ideas? Its only just had a new coil fitted too when i had the head gasket done, 2003 1.2 16v if that's any help?

It's in defect mode that's why it won't rev up past 4k, have the fault codes read and let us know what faults are showing......probably a TB issue though
