CAR WONT START HELP !!!

hi ppl went to go out in the car last night got in turned the key and nothing.
any ideas what this could be,dash lights goin mental and a clicking sound from under the bonnet.
tried again today pressed central locking fob and lights flashed dim and door locks seemed to open alot slower than normal.
could it be something to do with the battery?
any help would be appreciated cheers guys.

battery is a 063 & you can get a decent one from halfords for 59.99..and they will take your old battery to recycle it.

063 is the std code for the battery, cheapeast most likely a local motorfactors.
